Field Engineer

About the role

NMDC Energy PJSC is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support offshore and onshore projects. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution of mobilisation activities while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute mobilisation plans for offshore sites.
• Ensure all offshore procedures are established and adhered to.
• Secure work permits, construction aids, equipment, materials, and consumables.
• Perform forward planning and prepare procedural documentation.
• Allocate daily tasks to work crews and monitor progress.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, superintendents, construction engineers, and project managers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and field engineer documentation.
• Compile completion documentation, as‑built drawings, and lessons learned.
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in offshore work environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a commitment to collaboration.
• Willingness to work both onshore and offshore.
• Eagerness to learn complex tasks and procedures.
