Field Force Supervisor / Manager - Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

An experienced Field Force Supervisor or Manager is sought to lead high-performing pharmaceutical sales teams across the UAE, drive strong field execution and support continued business growth. The role covers assigned territories and involves monitoring field activities, coaching the team and providing market and field feedback to management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor field force activities in assigned territories to ensure sales targets and performance objectives are met.
• Coach and develop team members on product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement and field execution.
• Ensure customer coverage follows approved call plans and territory objectives, and keep customer information accurate and up to date.
• Analyze market performance and customer opportunities, and share insights and recommendations with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and key customers, and support their meetings and engagement activities.
• Support product launches, conferences and standalone meetings, ensuring approved marketing and product messages are communicated consistently.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, and track the effectiveness and ROI of major commercial activities.
• Contribute to customer segmentation, targeting and territory planning, and identify team development needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar field leadership, supervisory or management role within the UAE pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience managing and developing field sales teams.
• Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to cover different territories across the UAE.
• Bilingual, Arabic and English.
