Field Sales Representative – Door-to-Door B2B

About the role

Bookra Solutions is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote its POS, accounting, invoicing and business management software directly to small and medium‑size enterprises. You will work on the ground, visiting shops, cafés, restaurants, salons and other local businesses to showcase the platform’s benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door and field visits across Ajman to generate new leads.
• Present product features, pricing plans and current offers to business owners and managers.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and convert interested parties into paying customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Bookra’s software suite and market positioning.
• Provide daily reports on visits, leads, customer feedback and sales performance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or door‑to‑door B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with small business owners.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily route and meet performance metrics.
