Sales Manager – Call Center Experience

About the role

The Sales Manager – Customer Care Background is a full‑time, on‑site position in Ajman, UAE, responsible for leading sales activities for portable sanitation products and services, managing key accounts and driving revenue growth across local and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Mentor sales staff, optimise customer‑care processes and represent the company at meetings, trade events and customer visits.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales management, account management and customer service, preferably in manufacturing, construction, facilities or sanitation‑related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage field visits.
