Finance Director

About the role

Verified Electronics is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Finance Director to lead the finance function in Dubai. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands‑on operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall finance function, aligning financial strategy with company growth objectives.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS‑compliant financial statements and manage the audit process.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and working‑capital management, providing variance analysis and dashboards to senior management.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, develop financial models and scenario analyses for new business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements and maintain strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent (ACCA, ACA, CPA, etc.) with strong IFRS expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of professional finance experience in Dubai/UAE, including senior finance leadership.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and tax compliance.
• Experience with international or trading businesses is highly desirable.
