Finance Executive / Accountant (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive / Accountant to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on managing client payments, reconciliations, and supporting cash‑flow and month‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record and monitor client/customer payments, invoices, receipts, cheques, settlements, and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with clients, vendors and partners on due payments, overdue balances and commissions.
• Send statements of account to support collection and account confirmation.
• Support cash‑flow management through timely collections and accurate transaction recording.
• Monitor credit exposure and enforce approved credit limits.
• Identify payment risks and escalate when necessary.
• Reconcile customer/vendor statements, invoices, receipts, payments, commissions, bank transactions and cash records.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences promptly.
• Maintain supporting documents for internal review, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with revenue recognition, commission preparation and month‑end closing.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and statements for clients, vendors and business partners.
• Generate finance‑related reports on receivables, collections, commissions and outstanding balances.
• Resolve billing, payment, commission and reconciliation queries efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience in a similar role.
• Experience in service‑based, trading, financial services, insurance or related industries is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
