Finance Manager (Arabic Speaker) – Executive Level

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our executive leadership team. The role will drive financial excellence across our automotive trading operations and support long‑term growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting (GL, AP, AR, Payroll) and ensure timely month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closings.
• Produce financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP and maintain accurate records.
• Analyse profitability by department or project, create management dashboards and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage cash‑flow planning, treasury activities, banking relationships and capital‑expenditure controls.
• Implement internal control systems, ensure tax and regulatory compliance and coordinate audits.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) highly desirable.
• 8‑10 years senior finance leadership experience, preferably in automotive, retail or trading.
• Fluency in Arabic (essential) and strong English communication skills.
