Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and results‑driven Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial and accounting operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial and accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll and fixed assets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management accounts and KPI reports.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow models; monitor performance against budgets.
• Manage daily cash flow, banking relationships, collections and payments to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate tax, VAT, IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Design and maintain financial policies, controls and process improvements, supporting ERP implementation.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisers and banks.
• Lead and develop the finance team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
