Finance Manager – Manufacturing (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the complete finance function for a leading manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines financial reporting, planning, treasury, compliance and business partnering to drive performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A for the manufacturing business.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and internal control standards.
• Lead manufacturing finance, inventory accounting and cost analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and IFRS reporting.
• Partner with business units to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA or ACCA (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven leadership and business partnering capabilities.
