Finance Manager – Treasury, M&A & Risk

About the role

The Finance Manager leads core finance functions, ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting strategic decisions. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management and a team of finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage finance operations including treasury, corporate finance, M&A and risk management.
• Develop financial plans, strategies and policies while maintaining accounting, reporting policies and internal controls.
• Analyse and present financial results to support decision‑making.
• Lead internal and external audits, budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and tax compliance (VAT and corporate tax).
• Manage treasury activities and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with managerial responsibility.
• CPA (USA) or Chartered Accountant (India) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of international financial and regulatory standards.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Exposure to treasury operations and financial modelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
