About the role
David Webb, a luxury fine jewelry house founded in New York in 1948, is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager for its MENA operations, based in Dubai. The company has built its presence in the Gulf from the ground up over the last four years, with entities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and several boutiques now open or opening. The role acts as the link between the regional leadership team in Dubai and the global finance and operations teams in New York.
Candidates must already be based in the UAE; relocation is not provided.
Required profile
- A minimum of 3 years' finance and operations experience within the UAE.
- A background in luxury retail or a business handling high-value stock is highly desired.
- A recognized finance qualification is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE compliance regulations is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional adaptability, able to drive high-level structural organization and also dive into operational and financial details.
