Financial Analyst – FP&A & Group Reporting

About the role

The Finance team is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to own the monthly group management pack, drive the annual budgeting process and support strategic finance initiatives across a multi‑entity organisation in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI pack with variance commentary.
• Coordinate month‑end close timelines, track open items and resolve blockers.
• Maintain the intercompany matrix and ensure balances reconcile before consolidation.
• Run the annual budget cycle: templates, timelines, challenge sessions, consolidation and board presentation.
• Build scenario and sensitivity models for fleet expansion, new contracts, pricing changes and unit‑portfolio growth.
• Support bank facility reviews, covenant monitoring and liquidity management.
• Evaluate financing options, prepare business cases and post‑investment reviews.
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer‑pricing documentation and statutory audits.
• Identify control gaps, propose process improvements and lead finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA qualification (completed or final stage) strongly preferred.
• 6–10 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in a multi‑entity group.
• Experience in fleet/rental, logistics or real‑estate management is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• ERP systems proficiency.
• Power BI or similar BI/dashboard tools.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
