About the role
The firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Global Financial Markets team in Dubai. You will work on high‑profile capital markets transactions, supporting clients in self‑funding and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documentation for execution of global transactions.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients across a broad range of finance matters.
- Assist in day‑to‑day transaction management and client relationship handling.
Required profile
- NQ‑4 PQE with strong background in global financial markets within a medium to large commercial firm.
- Excellent commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
- Technically excellent with strong negotiation skills and willingness to engage in business development.
