Financing and Insurance Advisor

About the role

The Financing and Insurance Advisor will own the post‑reservation journey for customers buying a pre‑owned vehicle. You will guide them through financing, insurance, registration and delivery, ensuring a fast, accurate and delightful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact after a car reservation, assisting customers with financing, documentation, insurance and registration.
• Collect financial documents, submit cases to bankers and coordinate directly with banking partners to accelerate loan approvals.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all documentation for both financed and cash purchases, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate insurance issuance with partner providers and ensure vehicle registration is completed within service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal QC, inspection, logistics and banking teams to guarantee seamless hand‑offs between approval, registration and delivery.
• Maintain audit‑ready records and proactively follow up on any additional document requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in automotive finance, loan processing or related banking functions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
