Fitness Instructor – Female Candidates

About the role

W Hotels is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to deliver personalized exercise programs and ensure a safe, enjoyable recreation environment for guests. The role focuses on assessing fitness levels, providing counseling, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess guests' current fitness and design individualized workout plans.
• Provide instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and monitor safety.
• Register, schedule, and coordinate recreation activities and equipment rentals.
• Report equipment issues, call maintenance, and ensure the recreation area is well stocked with water and cups.
• Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience (junior level).
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Any additional fitness equipment certifications required by local/state agencies.

Required skills
