Fleet Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fleet Pricing Manager to lead the pricing strategy for Vista’s global fleet. The role combines data‑driven analysis with close collaboration across sales, planning and commercial teams to maximise revenue and optimise fleet utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing strategies across the fleet to maximise revenue and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, booking activity and demand patterns to adjust pricing and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Fleet Sales, Fleet Planning and Commercial teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Analyse historical and forward‑looking data to support pricing decisions, capacity planning and peak‑period management.
• Communicate pricing updates, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support decision‑making when fleet availability is constrained, balancing customer demand with operational efficiency.
• Identify inventory imbalances and work with commercial teams to optimise fleet utilisation.
• Prepare regular performance insights and pricing briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance pricing tools, systems and automation capabilities.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive initiatives to successful delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics or operations.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Aviation experience is a plus.
