Floor Manager - Le Café LPM

About the role

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café in Dubai run by La Petite Maison (LPM), offering all-day dining with croissants, grilled fish and spritzes. It is looking for a Floor Manager to own the floor, coordinate the team and make sure every shift runs smoothly from the first cover to the last guest.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the team and own the guest experience, handling concerns calmly and following up on feedback without being asked.
• Brief, train and motivate the team daily, keeping energy high and standards consistent.
• Know the menu, drinks and their stories, and make sure the team does too.
• Oversee the full floor, coordinating with kitchen and bar, managing service flow and keeping everything on time and on brand.
• Check mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning and brand presentation before guests arrive.
• Stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly and know when to escalate.

Required profile

• 1-2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house managerial role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
• English is a must; French or another European language, or Arabic, is even better.
