Floor Manager – Premium Casual Dining

About the role

The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining room at ISBA by Bagatelle, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards in a premium‑casual beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑of‑house activities including greeting, seating, reservations and table assignments.
• Ensure the dining room is clean, properly set up and reflects the brand’s décor and ambiance before each service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and consistency.
• Engage with guests throughout their visit to guarantee prompt, courteous and personalized service.
• Lead, coach and train front‑of‑house staff, conducting regular inspections for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, management and other departments to handle peak periods, events and special services.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality experience in Dubai, preferably managing large‑scale floor operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with a track record of motivating staff.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, resolve conflicts and maintain operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
