Floor Supervisor – Front‑of‑House Leader

About the role

Qartuli Authentic Georgian in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team. This hands‑on role involves taking orders, serving guests, and ensuring smooth service throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, actively taking orders and serving guests alongside the team.
• Supervise daily floor operations, maintain consistent service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Train and coach staff on service etiquette, menu knowledge, guest interaction and upselling.
• Conduct shift briefings, allocate sections, and guide the team during service.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, table presentation, and hygiene.
• Prepare weekly reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in Dubai.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest‑relations skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate a team.
• Good beverage knowledge, including wine and bar service.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
