FM Engineer (Emiratization Role)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Facilities Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The position is focused on supporting and overseeing day‑to‑day maintenance operations while ensuring facilities perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Conduct routine inspections and assist with preventive maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs and performance analyses.
- Support cost‑control initiatives, budgeting and resource planning.
- Supervise and guide a team of technicians.
Required profile
- Emiratization role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of FM systems and maintenance practices.
