About the role

Join the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay team as a Food & Beverage Hostess, welcoming guests and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a vibrant 4‑/5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assess dining needs, and manage seating arrangements.
• Handle restaurant bookings via phone, fax, and email, maintaining accurate records in the system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Coordinate with restaurant management on special offers and ensure they are correctly advertised.
• Utilize reservation systems to maximize bookings and build a database of regular patrons.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant reservation systems.
