Food And Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a restaurant outlet in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure smooth service, high-quality food and beverage presentation, and excellent customer satisfaction while managing a team of front‑of‑house staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all outlet activities, guaranteeing timely service and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, motivate and schedule service staff, monitoring attendance, performance and grooming.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation and presentation to maintain consistency.
• Manage inventory, assist with stock control and minimise waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service flow.
• Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage sector, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional attitude when dealing with customers and staff.
