About the role
As a Food & Beverage Ambassador for Pepe Cucina, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work in a highly empowered environment, representing Emaar Hospitality Group’s commitment to gracious hospitality and memorable moments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver flawless dining experiences throughout the guest journey.
- Represent the Pepe Cucina brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage with guests to turn them into loyal fans of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
