About the role
The Food & Beverage Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and friendly food and beverage service. The role covers taking orders, serving meals and keeping the dining area clean and organised, working closely with the kitchen and other team members.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
- Take orders, answer questions and recommend menu items
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure food and drinks arrive accurately and on time
- Serve meals and drinks according to presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean dining area, set up tables and clear dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team for smooth service coordination
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions
- Process customer payments and handle cash accurately
- Follow hygiene, health and safety guidelines and restock supplies as needed
