Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai Business Bay

About the role

Join the newly opened Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites in Dubai Business Bay as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer queries, take orders and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked workspace and dining area.
• Update displays and stay informed about menu items and service procedures.
• Uphold Holiday Inn service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness and handling knowledge, or a valid food‑service permit/health card as required by local law.
• High school certificate or diploma; training in F&B preparation is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Required skills
