Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers exceptional guest service in a hotel dining environment, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and present menus, explaining items, promotions, and special offers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to established service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, set up tables with appropriate linens, tableware, and condiments, and reset tables promptly.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately following company procedures.
• Promote and upsell menu items while communicating dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
