About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will deliver exceptional guest service in a premium hotel environment. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area, contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and present menus, explaining items, promotions, and special offers.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and workstations before, during, and after service.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately, following company procedures.
- Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and health‑safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
