Food & Beverage Attendant – Seven Sports Bar

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service‑oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join the Seven Sports Bar at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. In this role you will deliver friendly, professional service to guests, ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, take orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare tables and service areas before, during and after operations, keeping them clean and organized.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests and concerns to supervisors or managers.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive and professional attitude with good communication skills.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
