Food & Beverage Captain

About the role

Join Hilton’s Dubai hotel team as a Food & Beverage Captain, where you’ll lead daily F&B operations and create memorable guest experiences. You’ll be the face of hospitality, ensuring every service moment shines.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
• Communicate event details and updates to all relevant F&B teams.
• Manage event breakdown and proper storage of equipment for subsequent functions.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
