About the role
Hilton is hiring a Food & Beverage Guest Relations Executive for its bar operation in Abu Dhabi. The role brings a friendly, proactive approach to guest interactions, helping guests feel welcome and making their dining experience memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, looking for ways to make their meal experience special
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions and specials so you can answer guests' questions confidently
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system and deliver completed orders promptly
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organised
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
Required profile
