Food & Beverage Internship – Fujairah Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Fujairah Resort team as a Food & Beverage Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will work closely with seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional service to guests while learning the full spectrum of F&B operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, taking food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present food and drinks according to health, safety, and presentation standards.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently, ensuring a tidy dining area.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet as required.
• Maintain clean and organized wait‑staff stations throughout the shift.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and immediately report any incidents to the supervisor or manager on duty.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience or on‑the‑job training in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
