Food & Beverage Manager – Amara Lounge

About the role

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Amara Lounge. The role involves overseeing all F&B operations, driving profitability, and ensuring the highest standards of service for both resort guests and the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food & Beverage department in line with Jumeirah standards.
• Participate in the preparation of annual business and sales plans, monitor outlet profitability and propose improvement solutions.
• Develop and implement sales and promotional activities to increase F&B revenue.
• Identify market trends and guest needs to tailor offerings for resort and local clientele.
• Lead training, development, safety and welfare initiatives to build an efficient team.
• Provide coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions while maintaining accurate training records.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or a related field.
