About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining standards, and driving revenue across multiple outlets serving up to 500 guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and delegate daily duties for a team of hospitality professionals.
• Maintain food and beverage equipment, facilities, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with responsible business and quality standards.
• Collaborate with finance to set, monitor, and refine budgets.
• Oversee multiple kitchens and outlets, coordinating service for large events.

Required profile

• Some college or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts or related field preferred.
