Food & Beverage Runner – Hotel Service

About the role

The First Collection Business Bay is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Crew members to join its vibrant hotel team in Dubai's Business Bay. As a runner, you will ensure guests receive their food and drinks promptly while supporting the waiting staff and kitchen with clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in restaurant outlets, rooms, gym, and pool areas.
• Prepare and arrange serving cutlery, bread baskets, and other service items before and during service.
• Maintain clean equipment and work surfaces, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate orders efficiently to ensure timely service.
• Monitor table progress, communicate next courses to waiting staff and kitchen.
• Assist guests with menu information and take orders when required.
• Check supplies, restock, and keep inventory organized.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with both waiting staff and kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu and ability to convey details to guests.
• Good memory for handling multiple orders simultaneously.
• Commitment to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
