About the role
The Food & Beverage Server will provide warm and efficient service to guests in Fairmont Dubai’s outlets, taking orders, offering suggestions and ensuring product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Maintain full knowledge of menu, beverage lists and hotel promotions.
- Assist guests with menu information and follow safety and sanitation policies.
- Report to work on time in a clean uniform and name badge.
- Handle cash/non‑cash transactions and end‑of‑shift reporting.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
- Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Micros point‑of‑sale system (training provided if needed).
