Food & Beverage Service Expert – All Day Dining

About the role

Guest Service Experts in the All‑Day Dining Kitchen Six are responsible for delivering a seamless dining experience, from setting tables to serving guests and coordinating with the kitchen. The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensure dining areas are clean and well‑presented.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle light lifting and moving of items up to 25 kg (55 lb) and assist with heavier loads when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
