About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Ari Pool Bar creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they are seated until they leave.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
- Interact with guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and addressing any requests.
- Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
