About the role
The Guest Service Expert for Cake will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service and ensuring high standards of food presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to provide seamless service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with a focus on the cake and dessert experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, handle supplies, and ensure all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Read and verify menu information, manage guest requests, and handle transactions as part of the overall experience.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
