Food & Beverage Service Expert – Casual Restaurant

About the role

Join the Ajman Saray Luxury Collection Resort as a Guest Service Expert in the casual restaurant. You will be the front‑line ambassador who creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve guests promptly, answer menu questions, and handle transactions.
• Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.

Required skills

• Guest service and hospitality awareness.
• Basic table‑setting and food‑service procedures.
• Effective communication with kitchen staff and guests.
