About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Le Méridien Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and equipment.
- Read and verify menu information, handle guest transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience; no supervisory experience required.
