Food & Beverage Service Expert

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring service excellence from table setting to bill presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and handle transactions.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided (50 kg with assistance).
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to read menus and verify orders visually.
• Customer‑service orientation.
