About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at The Luxury Collection in Abu Dhabi. The role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables and dining areas.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Clean and restock work areas and supplies.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and carrying items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
