Food & Beverage Service Expert – Lobby Lounge

About the role

The Guest Service Expert in the Lobby Lounge creates memorable dining experiences for guests, combining attentive service with the luxury standards of The Ritz‑Carlton. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every meal feels part of a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, take orders, communicate with the kitchen and serve guests promptly in the Lobby Lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies and equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, handle payments and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to verify orders, manage timing and resolve any service issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, communication and adherence to Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.
• Read and visually verify menu information accurately.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, pushing, pulling and placing objects as described.
