Food & Beverage Service Expert – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah. They take initiative to deliver a wide range of food‑and‑beverage services, ensuring every meal feels part of an exceptional experience while adhering to the Gold Standards of safety, quality and professional appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, arrange settings and maintain a clean dining environment.
• Communicate orders and guest requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, providing attentive and courteous service.
• Clean work areas and supplies, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Read and visually verify menu information to ensure accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying and arranging items up to 25 lb unaided or 50 lb with assistance.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance and communication standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
