Food & Beverage Supervisor – DoubleTree Resort Marjan Island

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily operations across the resort’s dining venues, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. You will work closely with the hotel team to meet performance targets while upholding Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service and anticipate guest needs to create memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and brand compliance.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, banquets, cocktail receptions and special functions.
• Communicate event requirements and operational updates with other hotel departments for seamless execution.
• Manage event breakdown, ensuring function rooms are cleared and equipment stored correctly.
• Supervise, schedule, coach and evaluate team members to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
• Support financial goals through cost control, productivity and operational excellence.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, health and safety, fire and security regulations.
