Food & Beverage Support Expert – All Day Dining

About the role

Join W Hotels as a Guest Service Support Expert in the LIV All Day Dining venue. You will play a vital part in delivering a memorable dining experience by ensuring smooth food‑and‑beverage operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, replenish supplies, and keep work areas clean.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and support front‑of‑house operations.
• Move, lift, and carry items (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with help) and handle menu verification.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and maintain professional appearance and communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
