About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Sarood Hospitality, a Dubai‑born restaurant group operating a portfolio of premium‑casual and casual dining concepts. The team supports new waterfront and rooftop venues that blend fresh seasonal menus with vibrant community spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high‑quality, personalized service in line with Sarood’s standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond professionally and maintain attention to detail.
• Support daily restaurant operations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and organization in guest‑facing areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian or other European languages are a plus.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
