Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat demeanor and anticipate their needs throughout the meal.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
