About the role
The Waiter/Waitress position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and suggest menu items and pairings.
- Take orders, handle bills and payments, and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Set, clean and organize tables and support overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service operations.
- Awareness of basic cooking or food preparation processes.
