Food Services Supervisor – All Day Dining

About the role

We are seeking a Food Services Supervisor for our All Day Dining Kitchen Six at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. The role involves leading the dining team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staff to ensure optimal service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and enforce uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the area.
• Manage storage organization, FIFO practices, and conduct inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company, safety, and security policies, reporting incidents as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
